Run Coaching Options

One-Time Program – $150 for 12–16 Weeks
Get a personalized 12–16 week training plan built around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Includes one check-in per month for feedback, tweaks, and accountability. Great for runners who want structure without a long-term commitment.

Monthly Coaching – $150/month
Ongoing support with fully customized programming, regular adjustments, and direct coach communication. Ideal if you're chasing a big goal or want more hands-on guidance.

KRT Run Club

KRT Run Club is a welcoming, community-based running group in Edmonton led by run coach and certified personal trainer Kendra Richards of KRT Performance.

Weekly Schedule:

We meet three times per week:

  • Monday evenings

  • Wednesday evenings

  • Saturday mornings

Runs rotate through central and west-central Edmonton, often starting from parks or coffee shops.

All Paces Welcome:

Whether you're brand new or training for a personal best, all pace levels are welcome. No one runs alone—we group up so everyone feels supported. Using loop courses or short out and back repeats.

Unstructured, Low-Pressure Vibe: KRT Run Club is unstructured—show up, run, and enjoy.
You can:

  • Run with others and do your own thing

  • No cost

  • Follow your personal training plan

  • Or purchase a custom run plan or coaching package from KRT Performance if you want more structure.

What You Get:
