Monthly Coaching – $150/month
Ongoing support with fully customized programming, regular adjustments, and direct coach communication. Ideal if you're chasing a big goal or want more hands-on guidance.
KRT Run Club
KRT Run Club is all about connection, consistency, and community. We meet three times a week in central Edmonton—Monday and Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings—for casual group runs open to all paces. Whether you're following your own training plan or just showing up for the accountability and energy, you're welcome here. No pressure, just good people and good miles.
