Run Coaching and Run Club

KRT Run Club

March 2 – June 18
$150+gst for the 16 Week Training Block

When We Run

  • Monday evenings

  • Wednesday evenings

  • Saturday mornings

Runs rotate through central and west-central Edmonton, with meet-ups at accessible parks, tracks, and coffee spots.

All Paces Welcome

Whether you’re brand new to running, coming back after time off, or training toward a personal best — you’re welcome here.

We use loop routes and short out-and-back formats so runners of different paces can share the same route and still feel connected, while still running at an effort that’s right for them.

Training Delivered Through Final Surge

All participants receive their workouts in Final Surge.

This means:

  • Your weekly runs are loaded and clearly structured

  • Paces and effort targets are provided

  • You can complete workouts on your own if you can’t make a group run

  • Your training stays consistent even when life gets busy

The group runs are there for energy and community — but the plan works whether you’re running with the group, solo, or a mix of both.

Common Run Start Locations

Routes rotate week to week and may include:

  • Government House

  • Government House Park

  • The Colombian (Glenora)

  • Coronation Track

  • Hawrelak Park

  • Ross Sheppard Track

  • Edmonton Valley Zoo

Meet-up locations and routes are shared in advance so everyone knows where to go.
